MPGAMMA boxes find their use in various sectors, offering maximum IP66, IP67, IP69, IK10 protection to the installed components. The range includes push-button panels with screwed lid and anti-loss screws and junction boxes with hinged door and anti-loss screws on the opposite side, and 3 mm double bar stainless steel locks and transparent door (optional). The CHD line with integrated sloping roof and hygienic locks completes the range. All enclosures can be equipped with wiring plates, accessories for wall fixing, rain roof, door stop, ventilation systems and cable passage.

WATERTIGHT HYGIENIC BOXES

MPGAMMA has designed and manufactured the box line at increased hygiene completely made of stainless steel AISI 304L and fully sealed.

The hygienic box of the CHD series has been specifically designed to meet the high hygiene standards required in the pharmaceutical and food & beverage manufacturing sectors. Its design, in accordance with EHEDG requirements, allows for maximum cleanliness, ensuring the highest levels of hygiene and degrees of protection IP66-IP69K IK10.

JUNCTION BOXES AND PUSH-BUTTON PANELS

MPGAMMA junction boxes and push-button panels have been designed to meet the demands in terms of practicality, ease of installation and ease of cleaning, respecting the highest hygienic standards.

Each individual item can be made and drilled on a specific design, supplied by the customer, customized in every single detail and completed thanks to a wide range of accessories.

CPN SERIES – Watertight Solid Door Electrical Boxes (2 Doors)

  • Watertight boxes made in AISI 304L (Wnr 1.4307) stainless steel.
  • FINE external SATIN finish, medium Scotch-Brite type.
  • Galvanized sheet metal wiring plate with 20/10 thickness.
  • N. 02 swing doors opening a minimum of 120° with stainless steel inner hinges and locks with stainless steel double wing insert.
  • Polyurethane seal with robotised application.
  • Body with welded and finished corners.
  • Stainless steel screws.
  • Internal M6x16 stainless steel earthing threaded studs on the door and body of the box.

CHD SERIES – Sloped Roof Box for Increased Hygiene

  • Made of AISI 304L stainless steel (Wnr 1.4307).
  • Roof integrated into the box body and inclined towards the front at 30°.
  • Surface finish with very low roughness RA < 0.3 microns.
  • Without inserts or holes.
  • 120° internal hinges on left side (reversible on request).
  • Door with sloped edges and internal hinges with opening at 120° on the left-hand side (reversible on demand).
  • Robot-laid polyurethane sealing ring.
  • Hygienic locks (1 or 2, according to the size).
  • Mounting plate in zinc-coated metal sheet.
  • Micro-fused hinges.
  • Door with sloped edges and completely internal hinges with opening at 120° on the left-hand side (reversible).
  • Silicone seal with robotised application.
  • After a certain dimension size, it has a tubular reinforcement coupled with a support guide wheel.
  • 30° inclined leading edges as per the CPN box series. This guarantees a homogeneous gasket compression.
