MODULAR ENCLOSURES

The MPGAMMA modular enclosures system is the result of innovation and versatility of assembly, as it allows different possibilities of composition in battery, multiple configurations with one or two doors that can be completed with a wide range of accessories. They are made entirely of AISI 304L stainless steel (Wnr 1.4307) and guarantees safety in every environment where quality, hygiene and high protection rating are required.
Each individual item can be made and drilled on a specific design, supplied by the customer, customized in every single detail and completed thanks to a wide range of accessories.

CABLE RISERS FOR “EGO” AND “SPEED” MODULAR ELECTRICAL ENCLOSURES
Designed as a support for our modular cabinets system EGO and SPEED series, the cable riser ERCM-2 and SRCM series are used like a compartment for cables leading in and out. They can be defi ned as real cabinets, identical to the EGO and SPEED series, except for the dimensions (W=400 mm) and for the fact that the wiring plate is not included but an optional.

EMP Series – EGO Modular Enclosures with Solid Doors

The stainless steel modular enclosure system EGO with solid door is the result of innovation and versatility that allows various composition possibilities.

  • Made of AISI 304L stainless steel (Wnr 1.4307).
  • NEMA type 1, 12, 4, 4X on specific demand; Standard for Safety: UL 508A, Industrial Control Panels CSA C22.2 No. 14-13, Industrial Control Equipment.
  • 20/10 thick beam frame, bent and drilled, can be panelled on all sides.
  • Reversible front door.
  • Fine external satin finish, medium Scotch-Brite type.
  • Wiring plate in 25/10 thick galvanised sheet sliding in depth with larger wiring surface, insertion system on slides and quick-fix device in the final position.
  • Removable rear panel and over top.
  • Polyurethane seal with robotised application.
  • Eyebolt lifting system.
  • 1 door version for widths up to 1000 mm.
  • 2-door version with central closing, removable centre upright for widths 1200 mm and 1600 mm.
  • Uprights prepared for side-by-side mounting kit.
  • Side fall-protection system (optional).
  • Rod holder that allows the pin to rest when the door is closed.
  • Investment-cast hinge.
  • 6-bend profiles for increased structural strength.
  • Rear panel with reinforcement crossbar.
  • Contact flap on gasket bent at 30° for improved door sealing up to IP67.
  • Handle with linear movement and integrated latch; handle slide is easily interchangeable with a logo-free version, and the internal lock block is interchangeable with other types of locks.

EML Series – EGO Modular Enclosures with Transparent Door

  • Made of AISI 304L stainless steel (Wnr 1.4307).
  • NEMA type 1, 12, 4, 4X on specific demand; Standard for Safety: UL 508A, Industrial Control Panels CSA C22.2 No. 14-13, Industrial Control Equipment.
  • 20/10 thick beam frame, bent and drilled, can be panelled on all sides.
  • Reversible front door with a transparent panel in shock-resistant LEXAN.
  • Fine external satin finish, medium Scotch-Brite type.
  • Wiring plate in 25/10 thick galvanised sheet sliding in depth with larger wiring surface, insertion system on slides and quick-fix device in the final position.
  • Removable rear panel and over top.
  • Polyurethane seal with robotised application.
  • Eyebolt lifting system.
  • 1 door version for widths up to 1000 mm.
  • 2-door versions with central closing, with or without removable central upright for widths 1200 mm and 1600 mm. In the 2-door versions, closing is in the middle of the centre upright and the hinges are on the sides of the structure; the doors are separate and have their own lock system.

The SPEED modular cabinet system with solid doors in stainless steel is designed for quick assembly.

Its defining features are quality, solidity, aesthetics, and well-proportioned shapes.
