COMPACT ENCLOSURES

The MPGAMMA compact integrated enclosures system is made entirely of AISI 304L stainless steel (Wnr 1.4307) and consists of structures with a single blind solid door or transparent door.
The purpose of the design was to create a product that allows both the standardization and the interchangeability of individual pieces with items also produced by MPGAMMA.
Standard for Safety: UL 508A, Industrial Control Panels CSA C22.2 No. 14-13, Industrial Control Equipment. MPGAMMA has achieved Environmental type ratings 1, 12, 4, 4X.
Each individual enclosure can be made and drilled on a specific design, supplied by the customer, customized in every single detail and completed thanks to a wide range of accessories.

SCS SERIES – Compact Enclosures Solid Door

  • Made of AISI 304L stainless steel (Wnr 1.4307).
  • NEMA type 1, 12, 4, 4X on specific demand; Standard for Safety: UL 508A, Industrial Control Panels CSA C22.2 No. 14-13, Industrial Control Equipment.
  • Self-supporting frame 15/10 thick, bent and reinforced on the supporting points.
  • Stiffening frame on the inside of the door in strong galvanised carbon steel, tube and predrilled to DIN 25 mm pitch for fixing accessories.
  • Reversible front door opening a maximum of 120°.
  • Fine external satin finish, medium Scotch-Brite type.
  • Wiring plate in 25/10 thick galvanised sheet sliding in depth with larger wiring surface, insertion system on slides and quick fix device in the final position.
  • Removable rear panel and over top.
  • Polyurethane seal with robotised application.
  • Eyebolt lifting system.
  • 1 door version for widths up to 1000 mm.
  • 2 doors separate versions with central closing (hinges on the structure), removable centre upright for width 1600 mm.
  • 2 door version without centre upright for cabinets W=1200 for easy access at the front; the doors are hinged, one over the other, hence they have an opening priority and the ergonomic handle is only contemplated on the primary door.
  • Rod holder that allows the pin to rest when the door is closed.
  • Investment-cast hinge.
  • Multi-bend profiles for enhanced structural resistance.
  • Contact flap on gasket bent at 30° for improved door sealing up to IP67.
  • Handle with linear movement and integrated latch. The handle slide is easily interchangeable with a logo-free version, and the internal lock block is interchangeable with other types of locks.
  • Torx screws that restrict access to unauthorized personnel.
  • Protection class IP66, IP69, IK10 certified by TÜV SÜD according to EN 62208.
